Job Details
Working within the manufacturing arm of a major global organisation this interim role requires expert HR business partnering skills to support senior stakeholders based on multiple manufacturing sites and within corporate environments.
Based in Peterborough you will lead a regional team of four.
Essential requirements are experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment (ideally manufacturing) , business partnering skills, change management expertise, strong commercial awareness and emotional intelligence.
In addition you must be available at short notice!
