I am working exclusively with a great organisation based in South East London who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible.This person will be responsible for ensuring all new employees to the organisation undergo pre-employment screening. You will be leading a team of 7 Compliance Analysts and ensure all new candidates are regularly assessed, files updated, references are chased, and the Health Screening and DBS's are received before any new starter joins the organisation.This is a fast-paced role, so you need to be comfortable with dealing with conflict management, influencing Hiring Managers, providing process and legislative guidance in relation to pre-employment screening.You need to have experience with:Manage, develop, empower and lead by example to foster a positive team environmentBuild collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organisationEnsure teams complete compliance cases to the business in line with Operational demandAct as point of escalation for team and business queries relating to Pre- employment screeningRole model the values of the organisationLine management experienceWorking in a fast-paced environmentIf this role is something of interest, then please do get in at emilymcgeough@oakleafpartnership.com.
