Interim Senior HR Business Partner
This large, multi- faceted UK property business that has been growing extensively with lots of M&A activity and growth, is now looking for an Interim Senior HR Business Partner for an initial period of 6 months, to support their CTO and Group Technology function through a period of transition and change. They are not just about property- they provide a range of products and services that help make places work, from leisure services to financial products.
The Group Information and Technology Services has a critical role to play in realising the Group's ambitions for growth and change- Technology truly is a driven for change in their business. In this role you will act as the HR subject matter expert and continuous improvement agent for the function, working closely alongside the CDO and CIO, alongside the senior management team to ensure that the Technology department is meeting its strategic objectives through its people.
As a strategic partner, you will review existing ways of working and job design to provide recommendations and support the implementation of approved initiatives.
You will drive the identification, development and measurement of Technology continuous improvement activities to improve Group performance and encourage innovation.
To be considered for this role, you will have a track record of working at a senior level within a HRBP role or equivalent with experience in strategic organisation design and organisational (people and culture) transformation and change.
You should be able to evidence your experience at HR transformation and improvement in complex and ambiguous settings, working with senior stakeholders and wider HR to deliver a wide ranging plan. You will have a pragmatic approach to issues with commercial considerations, and possess strong people skills to ensure continuous improvement happens and leads to sustainable improvements.
