Interim Head of L&D
Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with a national charity on an Interim Head of L&D role. This unique business is involved in both Educational and medicinal projects and the Learning and Development are responsible fro delivering university accredited programmes so it is essential that you have worked in an Educational environment.
Reporting to the Director of People you will be responsible for the full delivery of the L&D strategy and you will need to ensure the education programme contributes to development of all staff, both clinical and non clinical to be fully compliant with professional, legal and regulatory frameworks.
You will need to ensure all of the L&D team are managed and supported in adherence to the company HR policies and procedures. You will need to work with the Senior Leadership team and ensure that the business continues to develop its reputation as a leading healthcare education provider. You will need to also build strong partnerships with external stakeholders specifically academic partners.
You will need to develop robust marketing strategies to support the profitability of programmes across the UK.
Interim Head of L&D - About you
·You must be educated to Master's degree level or equivalent in either HR, Education or Health related
·A proven background in delivering education and learning programmes is essential
·You will need to have experience of managing a team
·Excellent verbal and written skills along with strong interpersonal, Presentation and communication skills.
·You will need to have good project management skills and an understanding of health and social care issues
