You will support the business with benchmarking, job evaluation and data analysis, playing a key role in the company. You won't just be focussed on analytics however, and there is a real business-partnering element to the position, so you'll have a lot of face time with senior stakeholders. The Head of Reward is highly supportive and will help you take your career wherever you want to take it - the previous incumbent has moved out of the role to take a 2-grade promotion.
Your previous experience of annual compensation cycles and advanced Excel skills will be a major benefit to our client. The Reward team is quite lean and there is a high volume of work, so you'll need to be comfortable working at a fast pace. The business relies on the Reward team for an excellent level of customer service, and you'll need a flexible and creative approach to problem solving.
