A highly reputable, global professional services organisation is looking for a Recruitment Manager with strong stakeholder management skills. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months which can be based in London or anywhere in the UK (flexibility regarding working from home). You will be leading a team of 2 recruiters, ensuring the recruitment plan is successfully delivered and targets are met.
*Leading a team of 2 Recruiters
*Business Partner for the business unit; working with a range of senior stakeholders
*Establishing excellent stakeholder relationships
*Addressing critical shortage areas and adapting the strategy, as necessary
*Identifying resource needs
*Providing best practice support regarding recruitment and selection, assessment and selection tools and advertising and resourcing methods
*Strong focus on performance management: mentoring and coaching team members, providing support where needed and opportunities for high performers to stretch their skills
*Ensuring new recruitment strategies are understood and implemented by the team
*Evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment processes
*Running reports and using the information to evaluate the key business drivers
*Ensuring recruitment targets are met for the business unit
*Cultivating a strong relationship with the Shared Services team
Skills and Experience
*In-house recruitment experience within professional services or through an RPO
*Previous recruitment management experience would be preferable, however, this is not essential
*Excellent stakeholder management skills with the flexibility to adapt to different stakeholders
*A good understanding of current employment legislation and issues on immigration
*Advanced training and selection of core assessment and selection tools would be a bonus
*Comfortable with change and the ability to initiate change within the team, as required
*Excellent communication skills
*A go-getter with a proactive approach
*Willingness to go the extra mile to deliver excellent service to candidates and stakeholders
