HR Advisor- 6 months fixed term - 37.5 hours per week - £26k - Immediate Start

Hays are working on behalf of a well-known organisation in the Hull area who are looking to recruit a HR Advisor with the confidence to adapt quickly and hit the ground running. The role is to join their motivated HR team and is a full-time role for a fixed term of 6 months.

Your new role
As the HR Advisor you will play a key role in the day to day running of the HR department by giving support on all generalist focuses. You will maintain innovative HR best practice at all times and be responsible for case work, disciplinaries, absence, investigations, appeals and advise in the development of policies and procedures


What you'll need to succeed
You will be professional and proactive with previous experience of similar responsibilities. You will be a confident and clear communicator with excellent IT skills. You will be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages and have previous experience of working within a HR department.
