Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a proactive in-house Recruitment Advisor for a high-end luxury retail company in central London. The role will be Assisting the HRBPs across Corporate, Design and Retail functions. The role supports the end-to-end recruitment cycle across the business, from brief through to offer. You will be attracting the best talent in the business from retail store managers, operations, designers, buying/merchandising, wholesale, executive and PR roles for the teams in the London Head Office and UK stores.
The recruitment advisor will be delivering the recruitment strategy and maximising the candidate experience throughout. The role involves taking ownership of the recruitment process, budget tracker, talent pipelining and holding regular status meetings to ensure constant progress throughout. Liaising with various stakeholders in the business to understand their recruitment needs. Help with recruitment costs through talent mapping and utilising multiple channels.Skills and ExperienceSkills and Experience Required:
- Previous recruitment experience within an agile and fast paced environment
- Strong experience of providing a value adding recruitment service within a Luxury retail, FMCG or Fashion organisation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to interact at all levels
