Job Details
An experienced Learning & Development Manager with proven track record of training delivery is needed for this investment group. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, the ideal candidate will continuously develop the skills and performance of all people managers. You will carry out side by side and remote coaching sessions with people managers to meet the needs of the business.
