Your new role
As the Recruitment Officer your role will include the following:
- Managing Vacancies from creation to offer
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Encourage recruitment best practice and adherence to employment law
- Communicating with recruitment agencies
- Delivering innovative ways of candidate sourcing directly
- Working within agreed time frames and SLA's
What you'll need to succeed
- Customer focused, always going the extra mile with a genuine passion for people
- Good attention to detail
- Clean UK driving license
