Interim Recruitment Advisor

Interim Recruitment Advisor, York   Due to an increase in workload, my leading FMCG client has a number of interim opportunities for Recruitment Advisors to provide recruitment support to Regional Operational teams. Successful candidates will form part of a large recruitment team and will source and screen candidates ensuring a strong pipeline of new starters to the business. You will have responsibility for sourcing candidates using all available attraction tools through to telephone screening and facilitating interviews and recruitment events.
 
Key responsibilities include;  

• Implementing the regional attraction strategy.
• Using all available attraction tools to ensure a strong pipeline of new starters to the business and delivery against time to hire and cost per hire targets.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all vacancy activity using the Taleo ATS, enabling consistent and responsive MI reporting.
• Utilising an approved, standardised telephone screening proforma to provide consistent first level applicant short-listing, encouraging diversity, equality of opportunity and providing evidence of exceptional recruitment practice.
• Being the main point of contact for candidates, providing a consistent service for the candidate from application to new start.
• Planning, booking and facilitating interviews and recruitment events within the Region. Providing feedback to candidates and Regional Teams after interviews or events.
• Involvement in recruitment projects.
• Providing contingency cover for other Recruitment Consultants during periods of absence or unusually high work loads.
• Providing professional customer service to all candidates and internal customers, in line with the company values.
• Providing exceptional and tailored customer service to the Regional Operations Team.
• Providing recruitment support as directed by the Regional Recruitment Partner.
• Working collaboratively with other members of the regional recruitment team and the wider HR team to ensure the success of the team as a whole.
• Supporting the Recruitment Coordinator to ensure the correct volume and quality of applicants pass the CV Review steps of the recruitment process.

 
Ideal candidates will be immediately available and will have previous recruitment experience, preferably within an in-house setting. You must be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of excellent recruitment practice in a high volume, multi-site environment, and show evidence of developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
