We're currently working with a global investment management firm on an opportunity to join their newly forming recruitment team. Sitting within the HR team of 5, whom you'll work closely with and reporting to a the Recruitment Manager.The role will support the entire recruiting lifecycle, including:Using LinkedIn for direct candidate sourcing, market mapping, and candidate pipeliningPosting job roles on advert sites and the company website and LinkedInScreening applicationsLiaising with candidates from initial contact to join dateCoordinate complex interview schedules, working with candidates and internal hiring managersSupport the Recruitment Manager with projectsProduce reports for MI and as requested by the HR DirectorWork closely with the HR Business Partners keeping them informed of processesUpdate systems / ATS with candidate details and updatesVarious administrative tasks as requiredCandidates suitable for this opportunity will:Have experience in a recruitment role either from a recruitment agency role or inhouse recruitment coordinator positionBe confident in communication with senior managers and senior candidatesBe experienced using LinkedIn for recruitment purposesHave an interest in recruitment as a career and be proactive in developing their skillset
