Job Details
One of LMA'S long standing clients is looking for a Peoples Advisor to join the team at their site based in Enfield with regualr travel to their site based in Walthamstow. Our client is a market leading retail, technology and distribution company and has seen substantial growth and expansion in recent years therefore it is an exciting time to join the company.
As People Advisor you will be working closely with the HR Advisors and HR Business Partner to ensure a consistent smooth running of HR processes. You will need to have strong experience in dealing with Employee Relations cases, and be used to dealing with a high volume of ER at one time. This role will allow exposure to all generalist aspects of HR.
The successful candidate will have previous experience acting as a HR Advisor in a previous role and be strong in handling Employee Relations cases.
