Part-time HR Assistant - £28,000-£35,000 FTE - Financial Services


Your new company
An exciting part-time (28 hours per week) HR Assistant role has arisen, working for a Wealth Management firm based in Central London. In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Human Resources.

Your new role
In your new HR Assistant role, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining employee records, coordinating the recruitment function, collating information for monthly payroll processes and producing MI reports. Furthermore, you'll be monitoring training progress, checking Right to Work documents and overseeing probationary periods.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have strong HR Assistant experience, and be seeking a part-time role. Preferably, you'll have worked in financial services, ideally in Wealth/Asset management. You'll have strong payroll skills, a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and will have secured or be working towards your CIPD level 3.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a £28,000-£38,000 FTE salary, and work in the fast-paced Financial Services environment whereby you can develop and utilise your HR generalist experience.
