Working for a market leading organisation a fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Specialist in Learning & Development and engagement on a part time basis.
This is a new role to the business and really focussed around projects, engagement, culture and values and talent management. Reporting into the HR Manager and operating as an integral part of the HR team.
You will:
- Hold experience and exposure of workshop creation through to facilitation.
- Be a proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems.
- Have a proven track record of working in a similar position and as part of the HR team.
- Be a confident facilitator with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
