The HR Analyst will manage the day to day operation of the reward systems, support efficient processes which will motivate employees to deliver results and to hit bonus. The post holder will support annual employee cycle activities including salary reviews, bench-marking and implementation planning.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced data analyst with strong understanding of HR and reward processes management. Strong excel and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to communicate with stakeholders and build rapport with clients along with managing high volumes of work being able to priorities responsibilities.
