Don't worry if you do not have previous experience as a HR analyst, we are looking for someone with the right attitude who has a passion for reporting and wants to make a difference. You will have strong knowledge of Excel and able to demonstrate where you have produced high quality reports based on big data.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career and is passionate about data analytics.
Responsibilities include:
·Analysing HR Data and Trends
·Produce a monthly MI Pack
·Interpreting and Manipulating data
·Ad Hoc Reports
·General administration - e.g. work references
The Candidate:
·Previous experience in a HR Data Analyst role
·Good knowledge of Excel
·Excellent IT skills required
·Must be passionate about data and have a can do attitude
·Ability to prioritise a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines

Experience of working with HR applications (Such as Midland iTrent, Business Objects, SAP, Oracle, etc.) would be beneficial but not essential.
