Reward Business Partner, London, 80K to 85K plus Car + Benefits
Our client, a FTSE Tech organisation is looking for a senior Reward Business Partner with the Senior Leadership Team to support and deliver the implementation of the Reward Strategy for a large business function.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong Reward experience across all the full Reward life cycle, including Compensation & benefits, executive remuneration and pension
- Proven business partnering background and ability to communicate effectively with Senior Stakeholders.
- Reward Project management experience would be essential
- Highly analytical with demonstrated problem-solving capability
Experience working in fast paced and commercial organisations would be highly beneficial. This is an outstanding opportunity for the successful candidate to join a highly innovative organisation and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Reward strategy.
