Interim HR Business Partner
An Interim HR Business Partner role in Weybridge paying up to £200 per day for an initial period of 3 months.

An National engineering organisation in Weybridge. Due to internal change, an Interim HRBP is required for 3 months initially.
Your new role
Working alongside another Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the operational support for your business groups. You will utilise the HR function effectively and will lead on all employee relations issues within your units. You will support development of leadership skills and support the recruitment function with some workforce planning aspects. You will be a leader of change in your business units, which are spread across a number of sites. You will, on occasion, be out on site at locations across the UK acting as a visual HR representative to your varied business groups.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience as an HR Business Partner and will have obtained a CIPD level 5 or higher. You must be an experienced user of SAP HR/HCM and be able to utilise it effectively. If you have experience from an engineering background, this is desirable, though not essential.
