Oakleaf Partnership have a superb opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join our client, a leading global professional services firm.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing fee earner and business support recruitment processes through the entire lifecycle, including permanent and interim hiring

Managing multiple recruitment channels, including relationships with key recruitment suppliers, market mapping providers, LinkedIn, referral programme, job boards, including contractual provisions and negotiation of the same

Drive direct sourcing through various means, including head-hunting, LinkedIn, market mapping, referrals. Achieve or exceed savings targets, reviewed annually

Monitor management information regarding quality, speed and time-to-hire

Partner with the in-house Diversity and Inclusion team regarding sourcing and selection methods

Ensure selection processes are robust and properly executed and conduct competency based interviews where required

Improve both hiring manager and candidate experience of the recruitment lifecycle

Support project work related to resourcing

Supporting the graduate recruitment process and attending relevant events

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate:

Excellent academics and a keen intellect

Significant experience of managing the entire lateral recruitment lifecycle, ideally gained through a combination of agency and in-house experience

Experience with leading firms in the legal or professional services sector would be desirable

Well organised, articulate, numerate and commercial

Sound technical knowledge of legislation regarding recruitment and of best-practice graduate and lateral resourcing strategies

Experience working as part of a global function and of delivering consistency of approach whilst remaining aware of local sensitivities. Able to influence remotely

Willingness to travel
