HR Advisor

Are you an HR Advisor looking to work for a leading global media brand? I have partnered with a market leading organisation on their search for an HR Advisor to join the team based in London.

As the HR Advisor, you will work closely with the HRBP within your division as well as the centres of excellence sitting at group level giving you exposure to the day to day as well as specialists within their field. You will be the first point of contact for all HR related matters, supporting a head count of circa 400, and responsible for the full employee lifecycle within a generalist capacity. You will work in a proactive manor in regards to ER, managing all day to day ER issues as well as coaching the management team. As mentioned, you will work closely with the centres of excellence, building strong relationships in order to drive recruitment, learning and development and other key initiatives in your business area.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the HR Advisor role, demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills and a keen interest in offering a great level of service to the business.
