Compensation Consultant - bilingual Japanese & English
A Financial Services organisation is currently looking for a bilingual Japanese and English Compensation professional to join them on a permanent basis. The assignment will involve an initial 3 - 6 months in the London office working closely with the Compensation team, before a permanent move to Japan in their Tokyo office. The Compensation team are responsible for looking at global reward policies and practices, managing compensation data & advising HR and senior stakeholders across the business on compensation matters.
