Senior HR Advisor

About you

• Graduate calibre, ideally with the CIPD qualification (or working towards)
• Minimum of five years' relevant HR Advisory experience, gained with the legal sector and/or professional services
• Solid work history
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Able to meet deadlines, prioritise and demonstrate strong organisational skills;
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Resilient, self-motivated and proactive
• Comfortable with change, eager to innovate and resolve problems

About the role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide guidance and support to c200 employees and Partners offering a full generalist HR service. This is brand new role to the firm, and you will provide day-to-day operational support to the London Office. You will be the first point of contact for various operational HR matters, in addition to administrative, analytical and project tasks.
