A leading and global Law firm based in London are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Graduate Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing general operational support to the Graduate Recruitment team

Dealing with day-to-day recruitment queries from prospective candidates and Partners as well as daily interaction with HR admin team

Supporting the Graduate Recruitment Specialist with the organization and running of vacation schemes etc.

Organizing and running events as part of on campus strategy

Attending on-campus events, including law fairs, skills events and presentations

Owning and driving key university relationships for

Screening online applications

Running assessment days during interview seasons

Responsibility for driving forward social media activities

As the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:

Excellent organization, analytical and administration skills

Excellent attention to detail

Flexible approach to work, as travel will be required

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Previous recruitment experience

Competency using Microsoft office
