A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Administrator looking to take a step up in their career. The successful Learning & Development Officer will join a friendly, proactive and outgoing team supporting Building Services, based in Hertfordshire.

The purpose of this role is to deliver a first class L&D service to the business through the organisation, co-ordination, recording and evaluation of a diverse range of L&D activities

Responsibilities include;

Promote and educate the business on the full suite of L&D offerings available, ensuring everyone knows how to access and manage their own development.

Support the L&D Manager with any issues & needs to develop programmes & solutions, utilising existing programmes & solutions where possible.

Ensure delivery of company induction policy including Code of Conduct, GDPR and Ethics training for all new starters.

Support the 'Early Careers' programmes, by providing advice and guidance to managers to ensure the smooth delivery of structured development programmes and rotation placements.

Work closely with the central L&D Service Delivery Team to ensure all training is planned, booked, communicated and recorded efficiently.

Experience and skills required;

Experience in Learning and Development administration

Confident with Excel

Flexible 'can do' attitude and team player

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, proactive and happy to work autonomously
