Senior HR Business Partner, London, £80,000

A market leading professional services firm is looking for a senior HR Business Partner to join their London office. The global company, with over 200,000 employees, has been voted at one of the top 100 companies to work for.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment in order to drive the transformation strategy of the business. As part of the team, the HR BP will be a creative thinker, with a broad knowledge of the market and great commercial skills.

Key Experience:

  • Proven experience at a senior management level.
  • Experience in a commercial environment within the professional or financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of operating in a COE model.
  • CIPD qualifications or equivalent.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Build professional relationships with senior leaders.
  • Provide strategic HR leadership in driving the talent plan.
  • Coach and mentor team members across the HR teams.
  • Identify and deliver solutions for the talent agenda.
