My client are looking to recruit a full time permanent Senior Occupational Health Advisor to work as part of their multi-disciplinary team in Guernsey. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in an occupational health setting and be able to provide a full OH remit which includes:-
- Management referrals and provide written reports to managers detailing complex facts and situations relating to employment, assessing/judging individuals’ suitability for employment / continued employment and return to work assessments in liaison with the Senior Clinical Medical Officer or Occupational Health Manager in line with DDA and all other relevant legislation.
- Health surveillance programmes
- Health promotion activities
- Immunisation programmes.
This role also has certain management responsibilities which include deputising for the Occupational Health Manager (OHM) and actively assist in service development and delivery. Ensure team members are aware of organisational objectives, policies and procedures and the implications they have for their practice.
Undertake the professional development review process with identified team and attend meetings.

Salary: £38K - £50K + Relocation Expenses
