This is on the most part an operational, hands-on role that will build people policies, processes, systems and expertise into a fast paced and changeable business as well as pick up any case work and manage pockets of change. The structure and standards you create will enable the business to operate efficiently so that you can then look at more forward thinking and value-add growth related initiatives such as management development programmes, assessment material, company culture and employer brand.
You must have a very customer focussed sector background and be able to demonstrate operating as an independent contributor. To apply you must show that you have led on recruitment at various levels, change management including redundancy consultations, have sound employment law knowledge and be able to manage some sensitive cases.
