Who are we?

HR is currently working with a top company within the private sector who are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Trainer based in Birmingham. This role is to work on a project where you will design and deliver e-learning and classroom based programmes. You will be based in Birmingham but will need to be flexible to travel to different locations as and when required.

What you will be doing?

*Design, deliver and plan structured training programmes to meet the needs of the project and to ensure stability of course content and materials.
*Deliver training programmes across the business using various media including classroom training and digital e-learning.
*Evaluate training in order to ensure effective delivery.

What skills are we looking for?

*Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
*Planning, training and presentation skills.
*Stakeholder management experience.
*Proficient in the use of MS Office tools
*Professional qualifications in learning/training is desirable
*Proficient in the training cycle
*The confidence to deliver training to individuals and groups.
*Ability to adapt training to match levels of ability.
*Time keeping and organisational skills.
*Problem solving skills.
*A patient and understanding approach, together with the ability to motivate learners.
*Ability to be flexible to travel to various sites when required across the UK.
