Job Title: Business Process Manager - order to cash

Organizational Unit: Corporate, Process Management Organization

Location: HQ/Central London

Travel: 20-30% (approx. 50 travel days); mainly across Europe

Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent

Job Description:

Process Management Organization (PMO) is responsible for identifying and prioritizing key business processes. The PMO provides direction and guidance to the functional business owners to define and implement standardized processes, which supports the operating model and are in accordance with industry best practices. The PMO employs a systematic approach to ensure that business processes are effective, efficient, and consistent across the organization.

The processes will be standardized across all business units and serve as the backbone in the SAP S/4 Hana ERP system, which will implemented in the coming years. The PMO team is a key stakeholder in the ERP implementation project, in addition to other technology projects focused on business process automation.

The PMO is looking to hire an experienced Business Process Manager with strong business understanding and project management skills to join its team and be responsible for the order to cash (order fulfillment, price and rebate management, billings, collection) end to end process. The Business Process Manager will report to the Director of Business Process Management. S/he will work closely with functional business owners, IT project managers and senior management across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Business process review and evaluation including,
    • as-is analysis
    • business case definition (objectives, cost saving targets)
    • project management (timeline, budget and steering group reporting)
    • define project team and resource allocation
    • facilitate workshops
    • co-design future business process
    • change impact assessment
    • process documentation
    • audit of the implemented process
    • secure achievement of defined targets after implementation
  • Subject matter expert within order fulfillment and pricing management
  • Coordinate with IT - system implementations and business process automation
  • Participate in the development of the business process methodology across the organization
  • Analyze business requirements and define best practices for specific processes

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills - demonstrated success in project execution and experience leading large scale projects across divisions and functions; global experience preferred
  • Experience operating within a multinational manufacturing company - keen appreciation for the requirements of various internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience from a functional role in larger order fulfillment organization
  • Technical capacity - comprehension of cross functional processes and holistic understanding of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent people skills and leadership experience - adept manager of large teams/department with ability to manage scarce resources and conflicts
  • Communication proficiency - fluency in English; plus one or more languages in which the company operates, preferable
