Working for a large organisation in Central Birmingham , you will be based in prestigious offices within walking distance of the train station.


Your new role
You will be leading on a pay and reward project which is centred around job evaluation and regrading. You will be working across the business and facilitating job evaluation panels.


What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced Reward professional who has a strong track record in job evaluation and regrading - ideally having used Hay previously.
