The Technical Learning Specialist will join a newly formed L&D team to develop the technical training for this large engineering focused business based in Hatfield.

Description
The Technical Learning Specialist will be working closely as part of a wider L&D team based in Hatfield. The role will include forming a training plan across all of the main job roles within the business. This role will complement the soft skills learning and also be supported by a digital learning specialist.
Profile
The ideal candidate will come from a regulated background with sound knowledge of technical learning.
