Badenoch + Clark has been engaged to source an interim HR Director on a part time basis for a period of 6 months for a professional services client in Surrey.

In summary, our client is looking for a strategic HR director to fully understand their business needs and lead their HR team whilst helping to deliver their new people strategy to the organisation and implement and embed new projects.

The successful candidates will have:
*Experience of working as a strategic HR leader in a professional services environment.
*Strong people management skills.
*Gravitas and credibility to build strong stakeholder relationships.
*The ability to influence and motivate.
*An energetic approach to HR.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a well known professional services brand in a senior leadership role on a part time basis with flexibility and a generous benefits package. My client is also open to candidates who would prefer to work on a daily rate equivalent if preferred.
