Are you immediately available and seeking an interim role in the Birmingham area?

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor/Business Partner to join our client to cover a maternity contract within the team. The salary will range up to £34k, and the contract is for 12 months.

You will join a busy HR function, providing a consistent HR service to a wide client group
The role:
·Lead on the development of policies & process
·Build strong relationships with stakeholders
·Management / advising/ coaching on employee relations
·Support HR Manager on implementation of overseas project work
·Development of strategy and work plans

The candidate:
·CIPD Qualified
·Ideally will speak a 2nd language but this is not essential
·Must be immediately available to commence ASAP
