Recruitment Advisor

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading healthcare company in their search for a Recruitment Advisor based in Whitley. This role is a FTC covering maternity leave and is paying between £28-£30k.

Whitley / £28-£30k / Maternity Cover/ Ideally May Start

Key Duties include but not limited to
·Provide a full support and advisory service to hiring managers on all aspects of the full recruitment lifecycle.
·Coach and support managers in all aspects of the recruitment process.
·Be the first point of contact for candidates, providing an excellent candidate experience.
·Working closely with the HR team ensuring a smooth transition from job offer to day one of employment.

We are looking for
·Extensive knowledge and experience in a recruitment position.
·Experience in dealing with hiring managers and working closely with them.
·Ideally, CIPD qualified.
·Experience of managing the full recruitment of specialist or senior management roles.

Due to this role being a maternity cover, we are looking for a May start. If you are a recruitment specialist who has dealt directly with hiring managers and advised them through the recruitment process, then this is the role for you!
