My client is a long established, highly respected and successful healthcare provider.

They are looking to recruit a permanent Occupational Health Advisor to work full time (40 hrs per week) who has experience of working with employees in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.

In addition to providing the general Occupational Health Remit, you will be also carry out case management.

You will need to be a Registered Nurse. Ideally (although not essential) you should have a formal OH Qualification. What is essential for this role is substantial previous Occupational Health experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Also, candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

You will also be able to demonstrate resilience in a fast paced, demanding environment, whilst retaining a calm professional demeanour. 

Salary: Minimum £35K- £42k+ (dependent upon experience) plus an excellent benefits package.
