Interim HR Manager
Interim HR Manager to support a busy charitable organisation in a full HR generalist remit
We have an immediate role for an experienced HR Manager for a charitable organisation providing a fully HR generalist remit.
Working with the senior Management team the HR Manager will support the business operating across multi sites with a comprehensive HR service including handling a broad range of complex ER case work from investigation, disciplinary, grievance, appeals. You will be overseeing a small HR team handling HR transaction, Recruitment, employee engagement, policy & procedures, employer relations and advice to managers.
Were looking for a CIPD qualified HR Manager with a proven background of employer relations within complex environments, providing HR support and advice across a range of HR.
Ideally background of HR delivery with multi sites, and complex not for profit / care or similar environments
Experience of overseeing HR, Recruitment, ER
This is an initial 3 months fixed term contract for an HR Manager to join the business and then with the potential of a permanent role if suitable.
35 hours per week
