French Speaking HR ManagerASAP start £45,000 - £50,000Located in Central LondonOakleaf Partnership are working with one of the world's leading hospitality brands in the search for a French speaking HR Manager. The business offers a very prestigious service within the hospitality / leisure industry. A French speaker is essential in this role preferably someone who has experience working in France/ has great knowledgeable of the French employment law. Travel once a month to Paris, with all expenses covered is essential when required in this role. You will be based in London and responsible for all People & Culture operations in Europe and expansion markets including business partnering, employee relations, payroll, people data and HR compliance. You will work closely with the Chief People & Legal Officer to provide full-service HR support to 5 senior directors and their teams who are located globally.Duties and responsibilities ● Managing the employee life cycle for your business areas including approval to hire, job advertisements, profile creation, insurance, contracts, changes, payroll, through to leaving paperwork. ● Business partner with key stakeholders providing guidance, advice and targeted projects. ● Supporting the development of a Global People & Culture team and all the policies and processes involved ie. reviewing, improving and embedding key policies ensuring we are compliant and effective. ● Manage Employee Relations issues supporting managers across multiple locations, focusing on minimising risk and achieving the best possible outcome. ● Management of the People & Culture Advisor ● Running weekly, monthly, annual and ad-hoc reports on employee data and produce meaningful insight for the People & Culture, Finance and Management teams. ● Part of the Culture Champions committee that organises social events ● Support to the wider People team on ad hoc projects and duties.Apply today!
