Senior HR Officer

We're currently working with a global financial services firm whom are looking for a Senior HR Officer that will sit in the HR Operations team of 5. Further to this team reporting to the HRD are several other centres of excellence, but altogether a small HR department of just over 10.

As Senior HR Officer you will have responsibility for a high volume of very detail orientated processes, these will include onboarding, immigration, managing the HR inbox, managing documentation and processes for regulations such as GDPR, SMCR, Mifid II (the latter two being financial services specific).

The team are really in need of someone to join them that is process orientated, incredibly detail focused, that has experience working in a role managing a high volume of requests and proven ability to prioritise under pressure.
This is a highly administrative role, so candidates suitable will have a background in HR admin as well as process management and will have come from a regulated business.
