HR Data Analyst
An excellent opportunity for someone who is strong with HR data and analytics but also a good relationship builder. This role based in Lancashire is working for a well renowned and respected public sector organisation within their established HR Team.
Due to growth and plans for the future their team is growing and are now in need of a HR Analyst who will be responsible for manipulating complex spreadsheets and analysing them, and identifying trends.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
You should have experience of setting user friendly interfaces, such as manager dashboards or infographics
You will have worked in a HR environment, either as an HR Generalist or in a HRIS role - and have a good understanding the employee journey and a range of HR issues
You will be a natural communicator and be at ease explaining complex analysis to other HR professionals and senior managers - demystifying people data and helping translate it into plans that have a commercial benefit
Additionally you will also need experience of moving data manipulation from a repetitive manual exercise to a more automated solution
