Senior Resourcing Business Partner required for City based client to start asap - 12 month FTC This is a Senior Manager role which will require you be instrumental in shaping the workforce strategy and developing a resourcing approach which anticipates the business's needs across all hire types. You will be empowered to drive continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging recruitment centres of expertise including attraction, mobility and assessment. This role is extremely varied; it involves a lot of senior stakeholder engagement and project work whilst working in the area of Talent.
