HR Associate

A global asset management firm is looking for an HR Associate to join their HR Consulting Team on a 3 month basis initially. Working closely with 3 Global HRBPs this role will provide generalist HR support with a particular focus on talent and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with aligned HRBPs to project manage and execute Talent practices and other key initiatives, inclusive of: advising clients, creating client ready materials and reports, providing analytics and insights and ensuring accurate data in systems

• Provide exemplary client service by anticipating and delivering solutions for the needs of HRBPs

• Identify opportunities and contribute to streamlining or improving processes, lead initiatives and deliverables across broader HR Consulting team and HR

• Point of contact to managers in problem solving talent issues; provide generalist and advisory services

• Develop deep working knowledge of HR's tools, processes and team interdependencies to manage risk and escalations and advise on opportunities for improvement. Teams including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, Mobility, Legal and Finance

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years experience in HR or similar role with client facing interaction in a global firm

• Demonstrated reporting and analytics skills within HR systems and MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to present findings at a granular and summary level

• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and organizational skills

• Keen attention to detail in project timelines, client deliverables, processes and data

• Approaches all situations with curiosity, flexibility and a solutions oriented mindset

• Experience across various HR disciplines including compensation, HR operations, technology, recruiting, and talent management
