Reward Specialist, London, 55K to 65K
Investigo is partnering with a leading Multinational organisation in the recruitment for a Reward Specialist for their London team.
We are looking for a commercially driven Reward professional with a broad background across fast paced and large matrix organisations.
Key Skills Required:
- Broad Reward experience across the full Reward life cycle
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of all reward activity for a large employee group. You will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to the HR Business Partners and supporting the wider business in any Reward related issues.
