Recruiting Programs & Operations CoordinatorTech Company based in London are looking for a Recruiting Programs & Operations CoordinatorThis will play a pivotal role in providing necessary support to multiple stakeholders including; recruiters, employees, HR functions and hiring managers with a focus on two recruitment programs that they run, the Internal Immigration Support and Extern Programme Support.Responsibilities:Internal Immigration Support:Responsible for ensuring adherence from a Recruiting perspective to immigration requirements for internal moves, as directed by local jurisdictions in EMEAReview CV's, add suitable candidates to pipelines, maintain accurate records for all reviewedDevelop seamless and streamlined processes and enhancements for all required activitiesDevelop strong partnership with Recruiting & Global Mobility to help share knowledge and information to the wider Recruiting TeamDevelop and deliver training sessions to newly hired and established Recruiters on the importance of this process for external hiresElevate the process from both a compliance and an experience perspective with process enhancementsWork proactively with the Recruiting Tools team to develop automated solutions to manual problemsExtern Programme Support:Work closely with People Operations, Hiring Managers & HRBP's to understand the Extern programme needs and volumesEnsure accurate recording of Extern programme detailsComplete offer instructions on bespoke internal systems to initiate onboarding of ExternReview data to ensure accuracyYou need to have 3-4+ years' experience as HR Administrator/ Recruiting Function in a global environmentExtremely strong attention to detail and data entry skillsAbility to work at a fast paceExperience reviewing high volume of applicants against a specific set of requirementsProcess driven with a focus on excellence and experience meeting compliance requirementsExcellent relationship development and partnership skills, ability to manage cross-functional relationships across all levelsIf you feel this role is for you , then please apply now !!!!
