The Harris Federation’s central HR team are looking to recruit a full time HR Business Partner.

Your opportunity

This role operates on a strategic and operational level in order to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate people management solutions, which support business aims, in addition to providing a customer-focused HR service.

What we are looking for

We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London, and helping create exceptional places of learning.

The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge and experience of employment law and the provision of effective HR advice and guidance on best practice. You will be CIPD qualified with the ability to influence and challenge when required, with demonstrable casework, and hold TUPE and project management experience in a similar role.
