Ashley Kate are currently working with a Logistics business based in Cowley, Oxford who are looking for an HR Advisor for a period of 3 months.

About the role
Reporting directly into the MD you will provide expert HR advice and support to the Directors, Managers and employees.
You will be instrumental in providing a high-class generalist HR service to the company and helping people develop, progress and achieve targets.

About you

Broad understanding of UK employment law
Experience of working within a HR generalist role
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Experience working within a fast paced organisation

Key Accountability's

Develop strong partnering relationships with managers
Drive effective HR practices which are appropriate to the company culture
Support retention and development within the company
Support and deliver HR related projects where required
Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues
Oversee the formal annual performance and development (appraisal) process; training managers and identifying/addressing performance issues.
