About you

To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following skills/experience -
·At least 1 years' experience as a generalist HR Advisor level.
·Up to date employment law knowledge.
·Experience in managing Employment Relations cases.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Strong attention to detail.
·CIPD qualified (desirable)

About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is a vital role within the team. This role offers a full generalist remit and will include all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle, such as recruitment and selection, employee relations and performance management.

Your main duties will include -
·Working closely with the other HR team members to provide a consistent, professional HR service.
·Provide professional and pragmatic HR advice on all employee relations issues
·Work with managers to train and develop to identify skills gaps and ensure people capabilities are developed
·Review and implement HR policies and make sure these are communicated throughout the business
·Support the delivery of the HR organisational plan
·Support the coordination of the recruitment and selection process.
·Undertake any ahoc HR duties/projects as and when
About the company
