Payroll & HR Specialist - £30-32K - 12 Month FTC - Angel

My client is a leading not for profit business with a strong commitment to its cause.

Currently they are in pursuit of a Payroll & HR Specialist to join their team on a 12 month FTC.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must -

have experience of working with HR systems

have worked with an outsourced payroll and enjoy managing that vendor relationship

have held the title of a Payroll and HR Administrator

enjoy working in a fast paced role

be service delivery focussed

have excellent organisation and time management

be a strong communicator

This role will extend to -

reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validating reports including pensions, third party and statutory payments (within a team)

delivering a customer focused service

resolving payroll queries in a timely manner whilst following best practice guidelines
