EMEA Payroll Advisor £40k to £45k plus benefits - West London An innovative and forward thinking global organisatipn seek and experienced EMEA Payroll Advisor to join their existing team. This is a new role due to expansion and growth which offers a great opportunity for the right individual and huge scope for development. The role is as follows:End to end processing of EMEA payrolls using ADP FreedomResponsible for coordinating and inputting variablesRecognising and mitigating risksRunning various reports on a monthly basisPreparing payrolls for monthly approvalsBusiness partnering internal and external with Senior Stakeholders and third party providersEnsure that attention to detail is carried out dailySupport the wider international HR teams with payroll questions and queriesEnsure that all data is managed and maintained in accordance with GDPR regulationsMaintain, update and help create relevant payroll policies and procedures Whats needed:Must have EMEA Payroll experienceADP FreedomStrong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables)
