Talent Acquisition Specialist£35,000 - £42,000Canary WharfResearch Consultancy I am partnering with an exciting global organisation who are rapidly growing across their business. They are therefore looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them on a permanent basis to partner with the business on all global recruitment activity. Key responsibilities will include;Working as an inhouse recruiter, hiring for niche talent globallyYou will be comfortable finding and attracting talent via multiple channels, including; social media, job boards, referrals, headhunting (via LinkedIn), agencies, building your own industry networks and developing talent communitiesConducting initial screening to qualify candidates and supporting with assessment centresProducing an excellent candidate experienceYou will have experience effectively utilising Applicant Tracking Systems to capture metrics for all recruiting activities and provide regular updates to your stakeholdersStrong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience in HRIS is desirableMost importantly you will be broadly comfortable with technology and software systems as a whole. Reporting into the Head of People, you will have the opportunity to own the end-to-end recruitment process - from talent attraction and acquisition, through to onboarding. The successful candidate will be able to suggest creative approaches and solutions, whilst being committed to doing the basics right, first time. The client is ideally looking for someone to start asap.
